Degn i Aaker fra den 31.12.1653. til sin død i 1677. Han afløses af sin søn Peder Ravn, se næste. Han fik udgivet "Vers over Fru Gyldenstierne" 1647/48. Han har oversat "Ægteskabsbog"

According to "Sjællands Stifts Degnehistorie" by Anders Petersen, published in København in 1899, Rasmus Pedersen Ravn graduated circa 1624, then became the "Rektor" (Rector) for Nexø, and from circa 1640 the Rector for Rønne [and possibly served as the "Kapellan" (Curate) therefor a short period], and was appointed the "Sognedegn" (Deacon) for Åker-Åkirkeby in 1654.

June 17, 1654: Liig begrafne, No. 242, 17 Jun., Lars, Rasmus Rafns søn.
October 10, 1677: Liig, No. 56, 10 Octob., Rasmus Rafn, Degn.
March 27, 1678: Liig, No. 9, 27 Mart., Mette sal. Rasmus Rafns, 71 aar.
